oouch....

Ouch...............my dear lil' back got really hurt.i just happened a few days back when i was sitting and in my house , as i bent down to pick up snthg, i couldn't move a bit. i was in a terrible state, there was so much pain that i was in tears.My maid happened to be there at that time, she somehw managed to hold me.She tried every possible thing to reduce my pain. I felt so stiff and so helpless......
Finally my husband, was there to rescue me like a knight in shinning armour, he took me in his arms and lay ed me down on the bed.Though this story might look like a movie scene..................But i realized a very basic fact....."that life is so unpredictable....". Anythg can happen with us in split of seconds ,whch we have never thought of even in our wildest dreams. I mean... being very concious of my health, i play tennis en all..., am a complete health freak.If that back pain can make me such a helpless person.
Life is really short and we should live to its fullest.................
